Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On February 2, 2024, the Company issued a press release announcing the acquisition of the core homebuilding assets of Crescent Ventures, LLC, a privately held homebuilder operating in the markets of Charleston and Greenville, South Carolina and Nashville, Tennessee. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and incorporated herein by reference.
