Tom Ralabate has served as the President of DFH’s title agency, DF Title, LLC (DBA: Golden Dog Title & Trust or Golden Dog Title) (“Golden Dog”), since 2014 and Debra Coffie has served at Alliant National since 2009, most recently as the Company’s Operations Manager & Eastern Regional Manager. They come with over 50 years of collective national experience, leading top residential and commercial title agencies and underwriters.
